Have direct implementation of human resources policies, programs and procedures. Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office. Must be skilled in compensation, benefits, employment, training and affirmative action. Has knowledge of recruiting and staffing logistics, organizational space planning and development. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, employee services and counseling, employee orientation, development and training. College degree preferred.
